Terms and Conditions*

DEPOSIT

Commitment to self is vital in this work, and it's not for everyone.

We will work together for a period of time and every soul's needs are unique and specific.

A full payment of first session is due upon booking of the package that is chosen.

 I do have many ways of collecting payments and will work with you.



*LATE POLICY*

If  you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I will be unable to offer the  session, and normal charges will apply. Out of respect and consideration  for your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly, and be  on time.



*CANCELLATION POLICY*

A 24 hour advance notice is required before your session, if you need to cancel or reschedule.

If unable to provide full 24 hours notice, the full amount of the session will be charged.



*CONSENT AND LIABILITY AGREEMENT*

I  hereby give my consent to receive coaching/bodywork from Jamie Adams, Embodied Soul Magic, LLC    & agree I am doing so at my own risk. My health and safety with  respect to such services are my sole responsibility and my decision. I  understand that sacred bodywork is designed to an ancillary health aide  and is not suitable for primary medical treatment for any condition. I  assume full responsibility for the receipt of intimacy coaching and  discharge the practitioner from any and all claims, liabilities,  damages, actions, or causes of action arising from the therapy received  to the fullest extent of the law. I affirm that I have stated all my  known medical conditions and answered all questions honestly. I agree to  inform the practitioner of any changes in my health. I acknowledge that  I have read and understand the release and terms. By booking session, I  hereby waive and release my practitioner from any and all liability,  including intimacy coaching and sacred bodywork. I agree and consent  this will apply to current and future sessions performed by the  practitioner, and agree to actively participate to the best of my  ability to my own healing and growth process.
